Is your leadership style firm and goal-oriented yet able to motivate, train and engage your team to rally behind a clear and powerful mission?
For the versatile, experienced leader who answered “yes” to all of these questions, this is the opportunity for you. We are one of the most unusual and successful niche marketers in our space and have an excellent reputation and well-established client base. • Sales Generated
Ability to plan, develop, manage and implement various sophisticated marketing systems and strategies to drive incremental new leads, sales and profits and to hit specific key performance indicators and goals.

Ideally, this person will have a true passion for marketing and studied the likes of Jay Abraham and Dan Kennedy, as well as the classics such as Caples, Hopkins and Ogilvy.
If you have what it takes to fill this role, please submit a resume by e-mail to info@technologymarketingtoolkit.com detailing your previous work history and accomplishments (not just a list of tasks and job responsibilities), as well as a brief, one-page summary explaining why you think you would make an excellent candidate for this position.

Do you need to be local for this position?
Yes, you have to be here at “Robin Central” in Franklin, TN, which is just South of Nashville.
Hey Robin: I will promote this for you, but I will need to know approximate base compensation and what you think the right person will earn on an annual basis. These 2 questions really dictate who I will show the job posting to.
Have a wonderful holiday season.
Hey Robert – it will depend on their experience, but this level of person should be used to earning 6 figures based on performance. If you have someone who’s not quite at this level yet, I am always looking for good sales and marketing people in general.
I think the answer to the first comment (being local) is going to be a large obstacle. I know a few people who would be good for the job and quite possibly interested, however … I am not sure if they would be willing to move.
Robin, I love Franklin, TN, almost bought 3 dealerships south of you in Tullahoma. Would love to visit with you, privately. Let me know how and when?
Jay
Hey Jay, thank you, but I need you to send the resume and letter first. I’ve gotten over 600 responses so far…crazy. I won’t have time to meet with everyone in person so first round must be a resume and letter. thanks, Robin
Any marketing work available for an experienced Marketing Director who is not in the local area and can work remotely? Would love to be part of th RR team somehow!
Robin,
Wow, what an opportunity for a Change Agent.
When you open your office in NYC, I’d love to help you transform our community of IT professionals into Trusted Advisors.
Jason
Robin, do you have a minimum criteria for this position. I have someone who would be a great fit. Got started the way you did. Started out at the bottom and worked his way up.
Has great work ethic and willing to learn and put in the hours. Great communication skills and ideas on how to reach different niche markets.
Is this someone you would be interested, or do you require that they have a minimum number of years experience?
Thank you and Happy Holidays!
I’m not looking for years of experience, I’m looking for results. Have them read the post and if they want “in” to follow the instructions on getting in touch. Thank you for the help!
Absolutely. I’m also looking for Marketing Managers that can assist my clients in implementing the various marketing campaigns we give them. Shoot me a resume and cover letter to the above email.
Robin,
Could your marketing manager work remotely with your clients? Can you give me a description of what these marketing managers do on a daily basis with your clients? How many marketing managers do you currently have on your staff? This sounds like a great job!
Jamie Chip
Hi Robin,
If you are looking for a person who will generate the leads and help expanding your clientele then let me know.
The only thing i always appreciate about you is you always focus on the outcome.
If you want to work with us in that capacity, please submit an overview on how you could do that for us (what you would do, how you would do it and how you want to get compensated). Submit it to info@technologymarketingtoolkit.com Thanks!
This would be a new position, but I know there would be incredible demand. Although I don’t have any established yet, here’s a general overview of what the job is and what you would be doing:
As a marketing manager to my clients, you would be working with them to help organize and implement the marketing campaigns I give them. That would include helping them map out what campaigns they want to do, finalizing and writing their newsletter and other print materials, working with graphic designers, web designers, telemarketing firms, print companies and media companies to finalize their marketing campaigns. Success would be measured in the results the clients get and how happy they are working with you. In this position you would need to be certified by me and go through rigorous training to meet very high and strict standards. You would need to know the fundamentals of marketing, how to write decent copy, how to maximize the results on a campaign, how to coach the client to measure ROI, and how to manage multiple clients at once. You could work from home in this position, but you would have to travel to Nashville frequently for training. You would also be on a commission-only basis which means you get to keep the lions share of the fees clients are paying. I would do the selling to find these clients for you, and your job would be to keep them thrilled so they continue to happily pay the consulting fee.
If this sounds like it would be interesting to you, send me a resume along with a summary of why you think you would be a good fit for the job. I would also like to see a portfolio of campaigns you’ve implemented in the past and the results they have acheived. Send this to info@technologymarketingtoolkit.com
Thanks for the information. Can you tell me how many clients you currently have that would want this type of service? I am wondering if this would be a full time or part time position. Thank you – Jamie.
Hi! Robin:
I’ll send out your request to a few candidates. Would you like them to reference me or my company in regard to forwarding them this lead. Please confirm.
Thanks so much. You are such a lovely lady. Its always nice to hear from you.
Sending you the warmest wishes for a happy Holiday Season and a New Year filled with Peace, Joy and Success.
All The Best!
Respectfully,
Al Freeman
I was referred to you by the CEO of InterDev in Atlanta. But in reading this commentary, this appears to be a commission only position for someone working remotely. Is this the case?
The VP of Marketing is not a commission only position, and you must reside in Nashville (Franklin to be specific).
Absolutely — and thank you for the help!
Send in the resume…that’s not this position specifically but I’m ALWAYS looking for good people. We have lots of growth and opportunitites here.
